No. If your CTP claim is accepted and the treatment is approved by your insurer, there is no out-of-pocket cost. The insurer is billed directly.
What is CTP insurance?
Compulsory Third Party insurance is included in your vehicle registration in Queensland. It covers people injured in a motor vehicle accident where another driver is wholly or partly at fault.
Do I need a referral for CTP physio?
You do not need a referral to see a physiotherapist, but your insurer may ask for a GP referral or medical certificate before approving treatment.
What if my claim has not been accepted yet?
Call us on 1300 204 779. We can explain your options, including starting treatment privately while your claim is being decided.
Do you treat whiplash?
Yes. Whiplash and neck pain are some of the most common injuries we see after car accidents.
