After suffering from lower back pain for weeks, I was initially hesitant to book because of the distance—but I’m so glad I decided to go ahead.

From the lovely, welcoming receptionist to my therapist, Callum, I’ve felt supported and cared for. Callum has been professional, compassionate and understanding. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better physiotherapist.

Their app has also been fantastic, making it easy to access my prescribed exercises and stretches at home. Booking appointments has always been straightforward, and the team has been so accommodating with my preferred times.

Laura has been my primary physio and she has been excellent with her approach in addressing my injury. She has listened attentively to my concerns and questions and created an individualised rehabilitation program that is working well. I have to say that everyone at Click Physio that I have had contact with has been very professional and supportive. I highly recommend Click Physiotherapy for anyone needing help with their physical health. FAQs

WorkCover questions

Will I have to pay anything for WorkCover physio?

No. If your WorkCover claim is accepted and the treatment is approved, there is no out-of-pocket cost. The insurer is billed directly.

Do I need a referral for WorkCover physio?

You will usually need a Work Capacity Certificate from your GP and an accepted claim number. Bring both to your first appointment.

What if my claim has not been accepted yet?

Call us on 1300 204 779. We can explain your options, including starting treatment privately while your claim is being decided.

Will you talk to my case manager and employer?

Yes. With your consent, we keep your GP, case manager, insurer and employer updated with progress reports.

Can I choose my own physio for WorkCover?

In Queensland you can generally choose your own physiotherapist for an accepted WorkCover claim. Let your case manager know you would like to see us.

Do you help with return to work?

Yes. Your rehab is built around the physical demands of your job, and we support a safe, graded return to work.

Can you refer me to other professionals?

Yes. We have a network of professionals we know and trust, including psychologists, medical specialists, personal injury lawyers and rehabilitation consultants, and can refer you when you need extra support with your recovery or claim.
