Calum Haviland – Physiotherapist & Exercise Physiologist North Lakes

With dual qualifications as a Physiotherapist and Exercise Physiologist, Calum has a strong interest in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy. His passion lies in helping people move better, feel stronger, and return to doing what they love—whether that’s playing sport, managing chronic pain, or improving everyday function.

In particular, Calum loves exercise programming and rehabilitation for both acute injuries and long-term conditions. Focusing on empowering individuals through education, movement, and sustainable strategies. He also takes a holistic approach, recognizing the deep connection between physical health, chronic pain and mental well-being.

Outside of the clinic, Calum is an avid weightlifter and basketball player. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and child and hiking outdoors. These hobbies not only keep him active, but also give him a first-hand insight into the physical demands of sport and activity. This is then applied to his clinical work to create practical, tailored treatment plans.

Whether you’re recovering from injury, dealing with persistent pain, or looking to optimize your performance, Calum is committed to supporting you with evidence-based care and personalised guidance.
