After suffering from lower back pain for weeks, I was initially hesitant to book because of the distance—but I’m so glad I decided to go ahead.

From the lovely, welcoming receptionist to my therapist, Callum, I’ve felt supported and cared for. Callum has been professional, compassionate and understanding. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better physiotherapist.

Their app has also been fantastic, making it easy to access my prescribed exercises and stretches at home. Booking appointments has always been straightforward, and the team has been so accommodating with my preferred times.

Laura has been my primary physio and she has been excellent with her approach in addressing my injury. She has listened attentively to my concerns and questions and created an individualised rehabilitation program that is working well. I have to say that everyone at Click Physio that I have had contact with has been very professional and supportive. I highly recommend Click Physiotherapy for anyone needing help with their physical health. Do you accept DVA Gold and White Cards?

Yes. We accept both Gold Card and White Card holders for physiotherapy and exercise physiology.

Do I need a referral for DVA physio?

Yes. DVA-funded allied health treatment requires a referral from your GP.

What does the White Card cover?

The White Card covers treatment for conditions DVA has accepted as related to your service, and some specific conditions. Check with DVA if you are unsure.

Can I see an Exercise Physiologist under DVA?

Yes. Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists see DVA clients with a GP referral.
